Produced in Barcelona, this artisanal vermouth is made from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel??lo grapes and then infused with over 50 different aromatic herbs, spices, and botanicals, which macerate for up to two months. It is aged briefly in old oak barrels, giving it a rich, smooth body and a subtle, oxidative complexity characteristic of high-quality Spanish vermouth.
