Mount Gay Black Barrel is a rich, complex Barbados rum crafted from a blend of intense and aromatic rums, distilled using traditional column and double retort pot stills. It is matured in ex-American whiskey casks and finished in heavily charred bourbon barrels, which impart toasted oak, buttery, and spicy notes. The rum features bold flavors of orange zest, black pepper, toasted vanilla, toffee, gingerbread, and lychee, with a warm, medium body and a long finish. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is versatile for sipping or cocktails
