Onta????n Rioja Reserva is an elegant Spanish red wine crafted primarily from Tempranillo (95%) with a dash of Graciano, sourced from the high-altitude vineyards of Rioja Baja. This Reserva expression offers a complex and refined profile, showcasing the region's ability to balance rich fruit with structure. After fermentation, the wine undergoes extensive aging, spending 36 months in a mix of American and French oak barrels, followed by 24 months resting in the bottle before release. This meticulous process imparts deep notes of mixed berry fruit, dried apricots, savory spices, vanilla, and licorice, all underlined by firm, silky tannins and ample acidity. The result is a wine with a long, persistent finish that conveys true elegance.
