(Overproof, Formula, and Testing Department) is a bold, collaborative blend of high-ester rums from Guyana, Jamaica, and Barbados, hand-selected by Plantation's Master Blender and six renowned rum experts. Bottled at a fiery 69% ABV (138 proof), this overproof expression delivers immense aromatic intensity while maintaining remarkable balance. The nose is a tropical explosion of baked banana, orange peel, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it???s rich and full-bodied with flavors of coffee, sweet spice, and a strong molasses backbone. Despite its high proof, it offers a surprisingly long and warming finish.
