This exquisite blend of the finest Bajan rums is initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropics before being shipped to France, where it undergoes a secondary maturation in Ferrand French oak casks. This signature "double aging" technique imparts remarkable complexity and depth. On the nose, it offers rich notes of vanilla, tropical fruit, coconut, and toasted oak.
