Prunotto Moscato d'Asti is an authentic sweet sparkling white wine from the renowned Piedmont region of Italy, crafted exclusively from Moscato grapes. This DOCG-classified wine is celebrated for its low alcohol content (5.0%) and vibrant, natural character. The grapes undergo a partial fermentation process, with refermentation occurring in an autoclave (pressurized tank) to achieve its delicate, signature fizz. This approach locks in the intense aromatic profile, which features captivating scents of orange blossom, ripe peach, and sweet honey. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, light, and refreshing, delivering a burst of clean fruit flavor. Best consumed young and served chilled between 6-8??C, it pairs perfectly with delicate sweets, pastries, and fresh fruit.
