Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, it is distilled by Casa San Matias, one of the oldest distilleries in Mexico. This masterpiece is aged for an extended period???often three to five years???in new French oak barrels, imparting a profound depth and complexity.
