Teeling Single Pot Still Whiskey revives a classic Irish whiskey style, made from a mash bill of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, triple-distilled in Dublin. This composition is essential to the Single Pot Still category, delivering a uniquely creamy mouthfeel and a spicy complexity. It is matured initially in ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by finishing in a variety of hand-selected virgin oak, sherry, and Cabernet Sauvignon casks. This triple-cask maturation process imparts rich layers of flavor, including notes of pepper, baked apple, honey, and subtle toasted oak. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, it retains its natural oils and depth. This expression is celebrated for its smooth elegance and traditional spice, marking a significant return to form for Dublin distilling.
