Tesseron XO Passion Cognac is a superb blend of eaux-de-vie crafted exclusively from the Ugni Blanc grape variety, grown in the family's distinguished vineyards in the Cognac region. This XO is a unique selection of around thirty eaux-de-vie, chosen for their elegance and highly floral character. Aged for more than ten years in various Limousin oak barrels, this process imparts a light and beautifully balanced structure. On the palate, it delivers sophisticated notes of spices, reflecting its extended maturation. The Tesseron family, led by Alfred and Melanie Tesseron, is dedicated to sharing this exceptional heritage. XO Passion is renowned for its remarkable finesse and is ideally enjoyed neat after lunch, perhaps paired with a fine Colombian coffee.
