Villa Noria Amfora Orange Pet Nat is a vibrant, natural sparkling wine produced in the Languedoc region of France using the *m??thode ancestrale* (P??tillant Naturel). This unique expression starts with Macabeu and Muscat grapes, which are fermented on their skins in traditional clay amphorae. This brief skin contact is what imparts the wine???s characteristic amber/orange hue and adds layers of complex texture and flavor. Unlike Champagne, the initial fermentation is bottled before completion, allowing the natural sugars to create a gentle effervescence inside the bottle. The result is a hazy, unfiltered wine that bursts with aromas of dried apricot, orange zest, and subtle earthy spice.
