The spirit is double-distilled and blended with local volcanic spring water, showcasing a dedication to quality and purity. Its distinctive character comes from aging in bourbon casks for a minimum of 18 months. This process imparts a beautiful light amber hue and a rich, complex flavor profile. Expect an inviting blend of silky agave sweetness up front, layered with notes of warm vanilla, caramel, and gentle baking spice derived from the toasted oak.
