This totally natural whisky is non-chill filtered and bears no coloring or additives. Matured in a combination of first-fill US oak, virgin US oak, premium French oak, and Vin Doux Naturel oak, Luna 1.1 offers profound complexity. Expect a beautiful apricot gold appearance, with powerful aromas of apricot jam, lemon drizzle cake, and herbal tea. The palate is rich with flavors of honey, sweet spice, cinnamon, and malted barley, leading to a complex and warm finish.
