The name of this whiskey is a nod to the local Grattansbrook river, which runs by the distillery, and the surrounding fields that provide the barley for the whiskey. Aged in a mix of French and American oak, this whiskey boasts a rich and complex character with notes of lemon zest, vanilla, fresh herbs, and a hint of black pepper.
