This whiskey is made from Irish barley grown in Sheestown, Kilkenny and has been matured in a variety of casks including first-fill American oak, French oak, and Vin Doux Naturel, creating a unique flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of honey, vanilla, and citrus, while the palate offers a smooth and creamy texture with flavours of pear, apricot, and a hint of spice.
