This higher strength is rooted in a naval tradition that dictated gin carried aboard ships had to be strong enough to still allow gunpowder to ignite if accidentally spilled upon. Distilled in Germany using a signature base of locally grown potato spirit, Windspiel artfully blends classic juniper with delicate regional botanicals, including lavender, cardamom, and lemon. This combination delivers a full-bodied, yet harmonious flavor profile.
