Control Pisco, named three times to impress its importance, is a spirit that's steeped in Peruvian history. This clear, grape-based brandy is made from a blend of Quebranta, Italia, and Torontel grapes, grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Ica. Produced by the esteemed Bodega San Isidro distillery, the grapes are carefully selected, fermented and distilled using traditional copper pot stills before being aged to perfection in oak casks. The result is a silky-smooth spirit with a unique floral and fruity flavour profile, perfect for mixing into a classic Pisco Sour cocktail.
