- 2 Raspberries
- 1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
- Top upSoda Water

Add all ingredients to the shaker except Soda Water

Dry shake firmly

Fill the shaker with ice

Shake ingredients firmly

Fill glass with ice

Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass

Top up with Soda Water
