30ml Briottet Apricot Liqueur
25ml Pulco Citron Lemon Juice
10ml Monin Sugar Syrup
1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

Hawthorn Strainer
Calories: Approximately 225 Per Serving

step 1 Add all ingredients to the shaker
step 2 Dry shake firmly
step 3 Fill the shaker with ice
step 4 Shake ingredients firmly
step 5 Fill glass with ice
step 6 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 7 Top up with Soda Water
step 8 Add orange slice garnish and serve
