Don Fulano Anejo Tequila

Don Fulano Anejo is a marriage of aged Tequilas that have been matured in French Limousin and Nevers oak barrels for a minimum of 30 months. These barrels had previously held wines of exceptional quality, adding a profound complexity to the Tequila. This extended ageing, along with the Fonseca family’s policy of maturing their agaves for 10 years in the iron-rich soils of the highlands, results in a Tequila with expressive depth and finesse. Don Fulano Anejo Tequila has incredibly deep, rich and complex flavours with notes of dried fruits and rich baking spices along with caramelised agave and intense honey. On the palate there are notes of caramelized nuts and candied ginger, all wrapped up with a touch of menthol on the finish.
