Domaine J.Laurens Crémant de Limoux, 'La Rose No.7' NV is an elegant sparkling rosé from the Limoux appellation in Southern France, where sparkling wine production predates Champagne. This non-vintage expression is crafted primarily from the local Mauzac, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes, undergoing a traditional method secondary fermentation in the bottle, lending it complexity and finesse.
