Genio Y Figura Albariño is a vibrant and aromatic white wine, meticulously crafted from 100% Albariño grapes grown in the Rías Baixas D.O. of Galicia, Spain. This region's coastal climate and granite soils are perfectly suited to the varietal, lending the wine its signature crisp acidity and saline minerality. This expression typically undergoes fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, unadulterated fruit character. Expect an intense aromatic profile of ripe stone fruit—like white peach and apricot—complemented by floral notes and a characteristic citrus zest. On the palate, it is refreshingly dry, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced. It pairs exquisitely with seafood, especially oysters and grilled fish.
