This spirit is made exclusively from Cacahuazintle corn, an ancient, non-GMO heirloom variety cultivated in the high altitudes of Mexico. The unique production process involves nixtamalization—an ancient cooking technique used to make masa—which unlocks the deep, rich flavors of the corn. The resulting liqueur offers an authentic profile that balances the creamy sweetness of roasted corn and vanilla with earthy, toasted notes.
