This expression is matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks, which are integral to the Glenfarclas style, lending the whisky its deep amber color and signature rich flavor profile.
The nose is complex and inviting, featuring pronounced notes of dried fruit—think fig and raisin—alongside baking spices like cinnamon and clove, underpinned by rich malt and a subtle sherry sweetness.
