We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.


Order Confirmations

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.


Dispatch Times

Orders are shipped from Northern Ireland. Please see our dispatch schedule below:

Please note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Local/Public Holidays.


Out of Stock Items

If the item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you promptly to let you know the expected lead time — typically 2–3 working days.

In the unlikely event that part of your order is unavailable at the time of dispatch, the remaining item(s) will be shipped as soon as they're back in stock at no additional shipping charge.


Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK & Ireland 2–4 Working Days
Europe 4–10 Working Days

Please allow 10 working days before contacting us about a missing or delayed order, as we are unable to reship or refund orders before this time has elapsed.


Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or undelivered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@spiritly.com so we can raise the issue with our courier promptly.
