Ragtime Rye Double Oak Cask Strength Whiskey is a robust and highly expressive rye from the New York Distilling Company. Distilled from a mash bill with a high proportion of rye grain, this spirit is bottled at a bold cask strength, providing an intense and full-bodied experience. It undergoes a secondary maturation in new, charred oak barrels, which imparts exceptional depth and complexity.
This double-oaked expression delivers a dynamic flavor profile, showcasing classic rye characteristics alongside rich wood influence. Expect prominent notes of sweet vanilla, warm orange zest, and ripe cherry, beautifully balanced by cracked black pepper, bold spice, and a hint of fresh pine needles on the finish. Its intensity makes it ideal for the discerning whiskey enthusiast who appreciates an uncut, flavorful pour.
