Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey is an exceptionally smooth and versatile spirit, celebrated for its unique maturation process. Distilled three times for optimum smoothness, it is aged exclusively for four years in Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez, Spain. This specific aging imparts a rich, deep color and a complex flavor profile rarely found in Irish whiskey. The resulting liquid offers a delightful balance of honeyed malt, dried fruits???such as apricot and sultana???and a warming spice from the oak. With a gentle sweetness and a creamy, long finish, Sexton is bottled at 40% ABV and is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks, as well as providing a rich base for classic and modern whiskey cocktails.
