Following maturation in traditional refill and ex-bourbon barrels, this spirit undergoes a final finishing period in casks that previously held hard apple cider. This distinctive process, a first for Irish whiskey, is carefully controlled to impart subtle, fresh complexity without overpowering the spirit's character.
