Waterford The Cuvée Whiskey is an exceptional Irish single malt, representing the pinnacle of the distillery’s terroir-driven philosophy. It is a carefully curated marriage of multiple single farm origin whiskies, each distilled from Irish barley grown in distinct soil types across the region. This complex blend undergoes maturation in a variety of oak casks, including first-fill American oak, virgin American oak, French oak, and fortified wine casks.
Bottled at 50% ABV with no artificial coloring and non-chill filtered, The Cuvée delivers a deep, multi-layered profile. Expect rich notes of red apple, freshly baked bread, dark chocolate, and subtle spice, all underpinned by a remarkable natural oiliness and texture.
