Akashi Toji Malt & Grain Whisky is a smooth and delicate Japanese blend produced by the historic Eigashima Distillery, which was the first in Japan to obtain a whisky distilling license in 1919. Distilled from a blend of malt and grain, this expression is carefully crafted at their White Oak facility near Kobe. The spirit delivers a delightful tasting experience, characterized by a smooth and delicate profile even at cask strength. On the palate, expect rich notes of honey, subtle chocolate, pepper, oak, and vanilla, alongside hints of dried fruits.
