Arran Sauternes Cask Finish is a vibrant single malt from the Isle of Arran, celebrated for its unique secondary maturation in casks sourced from a prestigious Sauternes wine producer in Bordeaux. This process adds layers of sweet complexity to Arran's classic, unpeated spirit. The result is a beautifully balanced dram with a golden hue, offering inviting aromas of honey, citrus zest, and baked apples. On the palate, expect a rich interplay of soft spice, vanilla, and the delicate sweetness of dried apricots and honeyed peaches from the dessert wine influence.
