This expression is the result of a unique annual experiment where the distillery uses Speyside peat for one week of the year, inspired by former Distillery Manager Ian Millar’s trip to Islay.
Aged for 14 years in American oak casks, this non-traditional Balvenie is rich in flavor. Expect a velvety and round taste, featuring the familiar notes of blossom honey, sweet vanilla, and vibrant citrus, which are complemented by an extra layer of soft, lingering peat smoke.
