Benriach The Sixteen is a richly balanced Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky, representing a beautiful evolution of the distillery's signature style. This expression is matured for 16 years in a harmonious combination of three cask types: traditional bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts, and virgin oak casks. This triple maturation imparts an exceptional depth, layering notes of creamy malt, smooth vanilla, and wild honey with rich accents of stone fruit, baked apple, and ginger-spiced apricot. The result is a smooth, complex dram with a mellow, nutty oak spice finish.
