This distinct spirit is made using a mash bill that features wheat as the primary grain, resulting in a characteristically mellow and smooth profile. Aged for seven years in traditional open rickhouses, Bernheim Original is bottled at 90 proof. It presents a bright amber color, offering a mildly sweet aroma with hints of vanilla and honey.
