Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch A123 is a highly sought-after, uncut, and unfiltered Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. As a hallmark of the distillery's commitment to quality, this batch offers bourbon enthusiasts a potent and complex tasting experience, bottled at its natural barrel strength—typically exceeding 120 proof.
Matured in charred American oak, Batch A123 showcases the rich depth associated with Elijah Craig's long-aged stock. Expect a robust nose layered with dark caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. The palate delivers an intense burst of vanilla, dark chocolate, and dried fruit, beautifully balanced by a powerful, warming finish. Due to its high proof, adding a few drops of water is recommended to unlock the full spectrum of its sophisticated flavors.
