This expression is built upon the classic Famous Grouse blend, which combines some of Scotland???s finest grain and malt whiskies, including The Macallan and Highland Park. It receives an extended period of finishing in carefully selected European oak sherry casks. This secondary maturation process imparts deep notes of dried fruit???particularly raisin and sultana???alongside rich baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, and a dark, velvety texture. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a wonderfully smooth and accessible dram with a satisfyingly long, warm finish.
