GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the cornerstone expression of this Speyside distillery, championed by Master Distiller Billy Walker. This single malt is non chill-filtered and retains its natural color, reflecting its commitment to quality. It undergoes a meticulous maturation process, utilizing a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, along with virgin oak and red wine barrels. This diverse cask regimen creates a wonderfully rich and deep flavor profile. Expect layers of heather honey, butterscotch, and mocha, complemented by notes of sweet spice and dark chocolate.
