This expression showcases Glenallachie's deep, sherry-driven style, having been matured in a combination of rich Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. Bottled at 46% ABV, the whisky is non-chill filtered and presented at natural color, ensuring the retention of its full character and complexity. On the nose, it offers an explosion of dark fruit, heather honey, butterscotch, and sweet spice. The palate is rich and chewy, featuring flavors of raisin, pineapple, dark chocolate, and cinnamon.
