Glencadam Origin 1825 is a non-age statement single malt Scotch whisky that celebrates the distillery's deep heritage and dedication to traditional craftsmanship. This smooth, elegant expression is primarily matured in ex-bourbon barrels, which impart a classic sweetness and light character. A portion of the liquid is also finished in top-quality Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, lending layers of complexity and rich, dried fruit notes. Bottled without chill-filtration, it retains its natural color and full texture. The resulting profile is wonderfully balanced, featuring delicate floral aromas, hints of vanilla and toffee, and a satisfying, gently spicy finish. It is a fantastic introduction to the Glencadam style, showcasing the purity of a Highland malt.
