GlenDronach 21 Year Old Parliament is a venerable single malt Scotch whisky, revered by enthusiasts for its rich, sherried character. Matured for over two decades in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Xim??nez sherry casks, this Highland expression derives its name from the parliament of rooks that nests in the trees near the distillery. Bottled at 48% ABV and non-chill filtered, it presents a deep mahogany hue and a complex, luxurious profile. On the nose, expect rich notes of ripe autumn fruits, dark chocolate, and cinnamon. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, boasting flavors of dark cherry cake, walnuts, and fine old leather, culminating in an extremely long, satisfying, and decadent finish.
