Glenfiddich Malt Master's Edition is a truly original single malt, created by Malt Master Brian Kinsman through a unique double-maturation process. Initially aged in traditional oak casks, it is then finished in sherry casks to impart a deep, complex character. This dual maturation results in a rich, dark ruby red whisky celebrated for its layered flavors. The nose reveals an intertwining of damp earth, whisky-soaked wood, deep vanilla, and smoky embers. On the palate, expect a journey from bright sherbet and a hint of zinginess into warming spice. The finish is notably silky and smooth, with a subtle note of toasted almonds.
