Glenmorangie X is a versatile and experimental single malt Scotch whisky crafted specifically for mixing in cocktails. Distilled in the Highlands of Scotland, this expression uses spirit matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and new charred oak casks. This dual maturation process yields a rich, sweet, and bright flavor profile designed to stand up beautifully in mixed drinks.
On the palate, Glenmorangie X offers intense notes of pear, vanilla, honeysuckle, and chocolate fudge. Its creamy texture and vibrant fruitiness make it easily approachable, distinguishing it from traditional single malts. It is bottled at 40% ABV, making it perfect for creating delicious highballs, old fashioneds, or other creative whisky cocktails.
