This extra step, following the standard Lincoln County Process, imbues the spirit with exceptional smoothness and refinement. Distilled in Lynchburg, Tennessee, this whiskey is matured in new, charred American oak barrels, developing rich notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. The nose is inviting with aromas of sweet molasses and baked apples. On the palate, it delivers a soft, elegant experience with balanced flavors of sweet spice, maple, and subtle licorice.
