Koval Four Grain Whiskey is an exceptional, small-batch spirit distilled in Chicago, representing the pinnacle of craft distilling. This unique expression is made from a mash bill featuring four distinct grains???oats, malted barley, rye, and wheat???all sourced organically from a local farm collective. Distilled by a family-owned company, it is certified kosher and proudly uses a "heart cut" process, ensuring only the purest portion of the distillate is bottled. Aged in new American oak barrels, the whiskey develops a complex and inviting profile. On the nose, expect bright spice and subtle dried fruit. The palate is characterized by notes of creamy vanilla, caramel, a touch of rye pepper, and a rich, velvety mouthfeel derived from the oats.
