Kasei, meaning "Mars," is a tribute to the brand's primary distillery locations in Kagoshima and Nagano. This blend offers a smooth, approachable profile that is ideal for both sipping and mixing. On the nose, you are greeted with bright aromas of white flower, honey, and subtle pear. The palate is light yet complex, delivering balanced notes of sweet citrus, vanilla, and a hint of warming spice.
