This limited-edition release showcases the distillery's delicate house style, matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and Sherry casks.
The cool, pure environment of the distillery's location allows for a slow and gentle maturation, contributing to its balanced profile. Expect elegant aromas of honey, light citrus, and subtle wood spice. On the palate, it delivers a smooth, medium body with notes of vanilla custard, ripe peach, and a lingering touch of gentle malt and oak smoke.
