Milk & Honey Classic Single Malt is the flagship expression from Israel???s first whisky distillery, offering a warm and approachable introduction to the world of non-age-statement single malts. Distilled from malted barley and aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon casks and STR (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred) red wine casks, this whisky benefits from Israel's hot and humid climate, which accelerates maturation. This expression presents a delightful balance of fruit, spice, and oak. On the nose, you'll find inviting aromas of red apples, peach, honey, and vanilla.
