It is triple distilled at Midleton Distillery from a mash bill of malted and un-malted barley. This complex spirit is matured in a unique combination of ex-Bourbon, ex-Oloroso Sherry, and sweet ex-Marsala fortified wine casks, a tradition worthy of its colorful past.
