Nomad Outland Whisky is a unique blended Scotch that undergoes a transformative finishing process in Jerez, Spain. Initially aged in Scotland, this exceptional spirit is then shipped to the Gonz??lez Byass cellars where it is matured in Pedro Xim??nez sherry casks, giving it its "Outland" character. This dual-aging process results in a complex and elegantly smooth profile. The nose offers sweet malt, dried fruit, and honey, transitioning to a palate rich with raisins, vanilla, and a subtle salinity or seaside freshness. Bottled at 41.3% ABV, Nomad is approachable yet distinctive, making it an ideal choice for enjoying neat or as the foundation for a refined Highball cocktail.
