Scapegrace Release II: Chorus Whisky is a distinguished New Zealand single malt, meticulously crafted by the Scapegrace Distillery. This expression represents the "Chorus" in their range, focusing on a harmonious marriage of flavor and complexity. Distilled from New Zealand barley and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin French oak casks, it offers a rich and layered profile. Expect vibrant notes of baked apple, creamy vanilla, and spiced pear, beautifully balanced by a subtle warmth of toasted oak and a lingering, malty sweetness. Bottled at a carefully selected ABV, this whisky delivers a smooth mouthfeel and a sophisticated finish, showcasing the exceptional quality and innovative spirit of New Zealand whisky production. It is highly recommended for collectors and connoisseurs seeking a unique, terroir-driven single malt.
