It is distinctively matured in 100% Australian Apera barrels???a local sherry-style wine, lending it a rich and complex flavor profile. This non-chill filtered expression is bottled at 52% ABV, maximizing its depth and intensity. The whisky presents a deep, burnished copper color. On the nose, expect inviting aromas of dried figs, sticky date pudding, and Christmas spices.
